Beautifully presented this very common Bipolar #mental health in poem, read your April’s post also on Bipolar and after reading this I realize that this disease is something many of younggesters and teens are facing in this competitive environment but sad part is neither they nor their parents want to even acknowledge that mood swings is really a serious problem to work on.

The need of the hour is to get more exposure about this mental health issues.
